Ahhhh salad, my friend

A quick blog post while I'm having my very lovely salad for lunch. Oh dear I needed some veggies!

We had a GREAT time in Istanbul! Ate WAY too many kebabs, sis (or what we would call shish kabobs), bakalava (ahhhhhh yummmmm), and many Turkish Delight's (a soft chewy candy), and had many many little cups of Turkish & apple tea! Walked until our legs and backs ached, saw some amazing sites, worked on our navigating skills (as most of the cabbies not only couldn't understand what we were saying but also couldn't read a map), and overall had a wonderful time!
