All is OK in London
The Big News in London Today of course is the bomb scare at Heathrow. I'm really glad to hear that they caught the guys before anything could happen. From what I can piece together it sounds like they found explosives in someone's hand luggage when it was being screened at security. Well done to the security person that spotted that. It makes me feel better to know that they are on top of it, and caught it before anything could happen.

Was thinking of you having to go to Heathrow yesterday - albeit T5 is not probably where they would be looking to strike.
Such a shame that some extremists feel the need to express their beliefs by trying to hurt people who have nothing to do with the situation.
Well done to the police for foiling the plot - and let's hope the 6 guys I sent to NY this week for training courses can get back without too much trouble!

Saying you hate Europeans is just as silly to say!
I think a good argument can be made instead.
I agree that it's not the same thing though - those that join the army mostly do it to protect their country and do good, not just fight & kill.
